DMCA Policy for Ribeye Steak
Ribeye Steak ("we", "us", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for responding to such claims in accordance with the DMCA.
Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via Ribeye Steak's services, please send a written notice of infringement to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information (as required by the DMCA):

Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on Ribeye Steak was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Ribeye Steak may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement or an agent of such person.
